As an initial supporter of the GreenTech Gathering, being a dedicated provider of business support services, AD:VENTURE are proud to sponsor the GreenTech Gathering. The gathering provides a unique opportunity to engage with a diverse range of businesses, from start up, to SME, along with ecosystem intermediaries, including innovation experts and universities. Attendance is always excellent, with new faces at every event. We will usually pick up around 3 new enquiries per event, but signpost and connect with more, often signposting to wider business support offers and innovation offers.

GreenTech Gathering is always my go-to event, and for good reason. The calibre of entrepreneurs who take the stage is outstanding. These are true innovators driving meaningful change in the green technology space. The community delivers fresh insight, inspiring stories, and a vibrant mix of perspectives, it’s genuinely energising. Huge credit to Matt, Sam, and the team at GreenTech Gathering for creating such an exceptional event and community.

Speaking at the Greentech Gathering event proved to be a great opportunity for me. Given GreenTech Gathering’s excellent reputation, my presentation there opened doors to additional speaking engagements, including a panel position at the Great Northern Conference. Beyond the speaking opportunities, I've found myself welcomed into a supportive network of peers who actively share new business opportunities and connections.

I’ve been attending Green Tech Gathering for a year. It’s a regular fixture in my calendar because it’s a brilliant non-businessy networking event that brings people from all sectors and backgrounds together. I’ve gained so much from it: new business opportunities and friendships. And, it’s helped make my operations greener. Speakers regularly give practical, actionable tips on everything from saving energy to opening green bank accounts. I learn something new and meet fantastic people every time I go. That’s not always the case with networking events. It’s completely unique.

GreenTech Gathering brings together a highly engaged community of innovators, investors and changemakers who are genuinely driving the sustainability agenda forward. I’ve met some incredibly useful and inspiring people through the event, the kind of connections that lead to real collaboration rather than just another business card exchange. The energy and openness of the community make it a real stand out for me.

As a seasoned manufacturer and importer, GreenTech Gathering cemented my belief that there is a better way to do business. The networking and presentations at the events are invaluable, reinforcing the need for positive change, which is delivering new job opportunities, increased profitability, and proof that the Yorkshire region leads the way in green-tech.
